including migration and immigration
Barriers to enrty
including limited land available for development either physically or by regulative restriction zoning controls or large areas are Federal land or Native American Reservations
Areas of high incidence of foreclosure
CA, AZ, NV, FL are four of the states with the highest foreclosure rates
High rental income
relative to property value (attractive Gross Rent Multiplier - GRM)
